They got the all of the carpets and all of the rugs absolutely spotless. I did go back and touch up the cup holders, shifter, and USB area myself. Not a huge deal considering they did most of the work for me. But it didn’t look as if the back seats had been shampooed at all or weren’t properly shampooed. I contacted the company after hours on Facebook about this and I got a response within ten minutes. Jeremy was very professional about the matter, offered to let me come back in, and re-did the back seats personally. He turned this experience around. I always appreciate it when a company steps up to the plate if something wasn’t correct. It shows integrity. I’ll request his services personally in the future. read less

First time taking my car here. I'm looking for a place I can keep coming back to. Today I needed... read more a place to get my cars interior detailed, and this shop was the closest to me, so I figured I'd give them a try. I was greeted right away. I spoke with the owner (I believe), very nice gentlemen (sorry I forgot your name), and he put together a package for me that covered all my needs. He also gave me a discount on several extras. The wait time was expected, especially for the time of day and all the work detail options. The waiting room was nice and cool, relaxing, and had free bottle waters. The front desk (sorry I forgot your name), she was very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. When my car was finished, I got to go out with a worker and inspect the finish work before paying. I noticed several things that weren't completed but those minor issues were resolved. All in all I would say they did a great job at the end of the day. Car looks good on the exterior, interior could've been done a little more meticulously but it is a lot better than it was. The polished wheels remains to be seen how they hold up, but for the price I spent, plus tip, I am happy with the results. Will I be back, possibly, I'm going to try another place in the next couple weeks, I want to find a place I can always come back to with no worries of the work being done. 5 star customer service. read less

I came on a Busy Saturday and the customer service was wonderful. Natori was the customer service attendant that was... read more so helpful in answering questions, and assisting me on a concern I had. To be so young she demonstrated the utmost professionalism and handled the matter like a pro.

The car wash attendant Jeremy was very efficient and greeted me with professionalism as well.

Hats off to the manager whose name is Jeremy as well. He has a wonderful group of young workers that are on point !
